Government of China supports the use of Internet for business and education but tried to block pages that contain material deemed subversive or pornographic. China also operates strict controls and close the property pages of human rights and political activists as well as some mass media. Internet users in China alone has exceeded 400 million people, most of whom access the Internet using a mobile phone. Wang said that tightening the flow of information on the internet done to reduce the hazards that could cause the Internet such as gambling, smuggling, and so forth. This censorship rules have made companies like Google to close its operations in China. Last week, China's government issued a law that requires companies to report on the telecommunications and internet consumers who discussed the 'state secrets'.
